100 classes in 141 days
My journey with Bikram yoga began on March 17th, 2011; today was my 100th class since then -- in 141 days.

Last night was a very hard, hot class. There were quite of few people there, and everyone was huffing and puffing throughout the whole class. We had trouble staying together as a group, and our teacher was getting a bit frustrated about it all. I tried to stay focused and quiet [I wasn't huffing and puffing], but by the end of class I was hot and tired. Our teacher finally turned the fans on at the end of class; it was hotter than it has been lately. I checked the thermometer after class, and it said 110. Tonight was quite the opposite. I guess everyone is taking last minute summer trips, because at kettlebells this morning here were only 2 of us, and at yoga tonight there were only 3 of us. So tonight, our teacher practiced with us and we did a silent bikam class. It was my first experience with a silent class, and I really enjoyed it. I didn't do my best in all the poses, but I felt more calm and relaxed than the usually 90 minutes of words. The room wasn't even that hot, so in the end, yoga was a great end to my 12 hour day.

Looks like I'll be making it to yoga at least 5 times this week if all goes as planned...
I'm looking forward to the weekend -- I haven't really cherished a weekend in a while. My whole summer off was a weekend. It's nice to appreciate time at home now that I can't be here all the time.
Happy almost Friday!
Namaste
