I did a double today. The last 3 Bikram classes have been pretty great. I've been really trying to focus on myself, keeping my body still between postures, and keeping my breathing normal. It really has made such a difference for my practice. It has helped to calm my mind, and make the class better overall. Today's classes put me at 46 in 47 days. Now that I've had time to sit down and relax, I realize how physically tired I am. But, I am also very motivated to reach my goal, so I'm going to keep pushing along!
