Double the fun
I did it, my first double; I went to yoga with my mom at 5pm. I made sure to drink plenty of water after this morning, and I had some coconut water. The class went well, I couldn't really tell that I'd already practiced once today. I actually felt more limber, but that also happens when I go in the afternoon vs. morning. When I talked to the instructor before class, he said that the second class in a day is always free. So that worked out well for me in the end. I feel safe to now say that my goal is to do 30 classes in 30 days. I'm now back on track with 9 classes in 9 days; only 21 more to go!
