last 28 classes + class yesterday + class today = 30-day challenge complete!
Nothing monumental happened today after class despite hitting the magic number, but I’m glad I made it. I’m glad I went for it, because it has been a great experience. Not that this is the end… I definitely plan to go tomorrow, and so on. I guess I’ll just have to see how long it goes!
I’m currently preparing for my cleanse. It is strongly advised that preparing for the cleanse should begin at least 3 days before, by removing dairy, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, meat [don’t eat it anyway], and eating mainly fruits, vegetables {leafy greens}, and rice or some sweet potato. I ate a lot today, but it all amazingly stuck to that plan. I had:
- 2 vegetable filled salads with a mix of balsamic vinegar/olive oil/lemon juice
- 1 container or raspberries
- 1 container of strawberries
- 1 apple
- 1 nectarine
- 1 plum
- brown rice
- 1 sweet potato
Tomorrow is the last day before the cleanse, and I’m looking forward to the whole process. If anything, I will save on dishes, and time making food for 3 days. So far, it feels good eating healthy; no processed foods today for the first time in a while.
