Another day

Today was the 52nd class of my practice, 17 classes in 18 days. Another day, another Bikram yoga class. It was a full class [when I say full, I mean around 20 people]. I don't know what it is, if it's just me beginning to sweat more than I used to, but I sweat buckets again today. Maybe I'm just noticing it more, but I swear I was sweatier, earlier. Either way, another good class. I was able to keep my hands together in front of me on the final standing seperate head to knee, for the first time. There were a few new people there today again, and one of them was a 10 year old boy. I was so surprised to see him! He did great; he sat out some and watched, and our teacher actually told him to go out of the room for a few minutes to cool off. But the boy never complained, and just did like he was told. What a trooper!

I managed to get myself to my kettlebell class this evening. It was a good workout, lots of snatches! It is suddenly 95-100 degrees here; it came out of nowhere! First day using the AC ever, in this house. So far, so good.

Until tomorrow, I believe that's all I've got for now.

Namaste
